Project Manager
Education :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Electronics
- PMP certification recommended
Experience :
- 3-5 years of working experience in Software Product / Consulting industry with a focus on ERP/Financial Solutions
- Completed minimum 2 SDLCs as a project manager
- Some software engineering background
Responsibilities :
- Manages and coordinates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Defines strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout.
- Prioritizes tasks and coordinates resources on assigned projects.
- Troubleshoots and resolve complex issues.
- Monitors cost, progress, and quality of projects.
- Schedules projects and ensures they are completed within budget, on time, and according to internal and/or external customer satisfaction
Document user requirements and prepare test scripts for integration and acceptance testings
- Able to contribute in the planning of the customer’s development and implementation pipeline
- Communicate with users on a day-to-day basis, and be the bridge between the users and the development team
Able to travel, will be based at project site on short-term basis during project life cycle
Knowledge and Skills :
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Excellent inter-personal relationship skills
- SAP implementation experience a plus
Support Engineer
Education:
- University degree in computer science/engineering or other related major
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years experience in relevant development areas
- Good knowledge in MVC architecture Experience in the development/customization based on a legacy system will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in J2ME will be an added advantage
- Practical experience with other languages and development frameworks is an added advantage.
-Prior experience with JMS, Ajax, Web2.0, Web Services, database tuning, jasper report or any report tools, Netweaver, or Linux/Unix is an added advantage.
- Prior experience with SAP, ERP, CRM, BI, or other large-scale business solution is an added advantage.
- Prior experience with trading software or trading industry is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Product development and implementation including development from scratch and customization for specific customers.
- Good documentation
- Ensure high quality of code and good system performance with international coding convention
Knowledge and Skills:
- Solid competence in Java and J2EE is a must.
- Competence and good knowledge of best practices in one or more of the following frameworks: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF.
- Fluent in SQL language and familiar with database development practices.
- Competence in one or more of the following database: Firebird, SQl Server, Oracle, mysql.
- Competence in one or more of the following application servers: JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, or any others apps server.
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to work independently or in a team to meet KPI targets
