Installation Installation of the ContraXcentral™ system in your organization may be done on-site or remotely, provided that there is an open connection between our offices and the server during the implementation phase.

Configuration ContraXcentral™ is highly configurable, and may be customized in any way to fit the needs of your organization and every user in it. These include:

• Role-based Access, ensuring that users will only see information relevant their role within the organization
• Automated Document Numbering, using your existing format or a new one, for all system-generated documentation such as contracts and invoices
• Multi-level Approval, ensuring that only the right people can do certain actions

Integration ContraXcentral™ has been integrated with various third party applications such as SAP, Bloomberg, Avery WeighMan Plus. It has also hosted other third party or in-house applications used by our clients. Our Unified Integration Methodology allows ContraXcentral™ to be used with any existing third party applications in your organization via the following methods: XML (eXtensible Markup Language), Web Services, Flat File and FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Migration Adopting the ContraXcentral™ platform does not mean that you will have to throw away your old data.We provide data migration from your existing systems to the ContraXcentral™ system following our Data Migration Methodology. This methodology has been used on all of our client implementations and ensures no loss of opportunity to your organization.

Security
We recommend the following security measures:

Basic Security to be implemented by your IT Department and/or Systems Vendor:

• Regular backup for the system and database
