JCSS Delivery Methodology

Plan Phase
The Project Plan is discussed and finalized. Roles and responsibilities of team members are clearly defined. Review and escalation processes are agreed upon.

Analyze
The current processes and applications are studied and compared with best business practices to identity gaps. Other requirements related to reports, interfaces, data migration and security are studied and documented.

Configure
Based on the analysis, the necessary masters are defined. Parameters, workflows, security and reports are configured. Historical data migration is done as per client requirements.

Validate
The solution is tested for performance and conformation to the business processes. Any interfaces with other systems or sources are tested.

Enable
Knowledge transfer is done to the functional and technical users to enable them to use and manage the solution.

Deploy
The solution is installed on the production environment. Masters, configurations and historical data or balances are migrated for commencement of live run.

Monitor and Control
Throughout the project duration, we will continuously track the status of the project and monitor the project performance. Any gaps or issues will be actively handled and closed. There would also be constant communication to various stakeholders on the project status.
