Project Management Methodology (PMM) delivers results
Project Management Methodology (PMM) is a powerful tool we utilize to achieve all the predefined project goals. This ensures that you receive your product on time and to your specifications while still fulfilling the project constraints.
We outline below a step by step methodology from the planning stage to the implementation stage.
Requirement Specification
We will conduct a System Requirements Study (SRS) with key users within your organization to identify the needs of your users and the best fit for your organization.
High Level Design
High Level Design consists of mapping the user requirements in the requirements study with actual functionalities within the ContraXcentralâ„¢ system.
Detailed Design
Detailed Design is an internal process where functional requirements are mapped to technical requirements.
Coding & Unit Testing
Technical requirements from the detailed design are then passed to developers to implement. Throughout the process, the system is constantly tested to ensure bugs are captured earlier rather than later. For more details, see our Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
Integration Testing
Systems Integration Testing (SIT) is very important when multiple systems are required to speak to each other. This testing ensures that no information gets lost and no disruptions to your daily operations will occur when the system goes live.
User Acceptance Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is an integral part of the Software Development Lifecycle, and also facilitates Change Management within your organization. The UAT phase is when users experience firsthand what it would be like to use the system, and to check whether the functionalities that they need have been implemented as requested.
Training & Implementation
Besides being a key part of Change Management, Training ensures that no user will be left behind when the implementation for your organization goes live. Upon completion of the training phase, the system is brought into Production state.
