Installation

Installation of the ContraXcentral™ system in your organization may be done on-site or remotely, provided that there is an open connection between our offices and the server during the implementation phase.

Configuration

ContraXcentral™ is highly configurable, and may be customized in any way to fit the needs of your organization and every user in it. These include:

• Role-based Access, ensuring that users will only see information relevant to their role within the organization
• Automated Document Numbering, using your existing format or a new one, for all system-generated documentation such as contracts and invoices
• Multi-level Approval, ensuring that only the right people can do certain actions

Integration

ContraXcentral™ has been integrated with various third party applications such as SAP, Bloomberg, and Avery WeighMan Plus, as well as a host of other third party or in-house applications used by our clients. Our Unified Integration Methodology allows ContraXcentral™ to be integrated with any existing third party applications in your organization via the following methods:

• XML (eXtensible Markup Language)
• Web Services
• Flat File
• FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

Migration

Adopting the ContraXcentral™ platform does not mean that you will have to throw away all of your old data.

We provide data migration from your existing systems to the ContraXcentral™ system following our Data Migration Methodology. This methodology has been used on all of our client implementations and ensures minimum loss of opportunity to your organization.

Security

We recommend the following security measures:

Basic Security to be implemented by your IT Department and/or Systems Vendor:

• Controlled access through hardware access
• Firewall control
• Anti-virus
• Regular backup for the system and database

Advanced Security to be implemented within ContraXcentral™:

• Granular Role-based Access Controls
• Multiple Levels of Approval
• Application Layer Security via encrypted connection
• One-Way Password Encryption, using internationally recognized standards
