ContraXcentral™ Fulfilment Management offers operational users an integrated view of all inventory, production, contract positions and freight for planning and scheduling movements. ContraXcentral™ tracks and manages positions, shipping events, quantity, quality, fees, freight and commissions associated with physical trades. All documentation related to shipments can be generated by the sophisticated tracking system. ContraXcentral™ also handles split volumes, buy/sell to in-transit, multi modal shipments, and statutory requirements.

ContraXcentral™ Inventory Management has advanced capabilities for minimizing inventory carrying costs and better respond to changing supply and demand. Multiple inventory valuation methodologies like LIFO, FIFO and Weighted Average can be configured to accurately value stock. Netting facility is available across commodities and buys/sells. Commissions and fees are automatically computed and settled. Issues related to contract terms, payment terms, quantity, quality, fees and commissions are resolved. Proforma invoice, final invoice, payment vouchers, debit and credit notes are automatically generated by the system. Settlement also provides comprehensive margin management and hedge accounting features.
